Background
GRPL is a construction company brand that has decades of experience across all real estate verticals including hospitality & housing. The company always took up construction on behalf of other real estate brands but was never in the forefront for the same. With the takeover of the company by young blood, they decided to create a brand of their own and launch with a new avatar altogether.
Communication Brief
It had to be considered as the launch of a new brand and hence a bit of education had to be done to let people know who this brand is. We had to tell people that it isn’t a new real estate brand. It is a brand that has been around for 20+ years and plays in the same leagues as any of the other such biggies.
