The Need

In spite of years of existence, an upscale environment and branches across the country, Bounce still came across as yet-another-beauty-salon. Our purpose here was to help Bounce discover its purpose in the market and go through a repositioning.

The new positioning

After our research and deep dive brand workshops, we arrived at our insights then at the line – “More than a salon.” We portrayed the brand as an environment that’s a ‘cut above the rest’. We sold an experience instead of a service.

Website Architecture

We started with rebuilding the website, as it was the first gateway to the brand experience. With the website containing over 100 pages, our team had to meticulously plan and build the sitemap and the Information Architecture.
